Northgate Aviation awarded DLA Contract

Northgate Aviation, Inc. is excited to announce that, effective April 1, 2026, Northgate Aviation Chico Jet Center (KCIC) has been named the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Into-Plane services provider for TITAN Aviation Fuels of New Bern, NC at KCIC - Chico Regional Airport. With this award, Northgate Aviation expands its capability to provide their award-winning hospitality to clients across the United States Department of Defense, the assorted service branches of the United States Armed Forces, and the federal government at-large.

The DLA Into-Plane contract is a government-sponsored program operated by the Defense Department that gives commercial civilian entities the ability to offer fueling services to Department of Defense military services and federal civilian agencies government owned aircraft through the Aviation Into-plane Reimbursement Card (AIR Card®) program. This award marks the first time KCIC has been named a formally contracted facility under the program.
